Pressure Washer Technician

About the Job

Cityside Fiber is seeking a motivated Pressure Washing Technician to join our Field Operations team. This role is responsible for performing professional-grade pressure washing and surface cleaning services across Cityside Fiber's infrastructure, equipment, and operational sites, and plays a key part in maintaining the safety, appearance, and integrity of our field assets. Success in this position requires a strong attention to detail, physical endurance, a safety-first mindset, strong organizational abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate pressure washing equipment to clean infrastructure, equipment pads, utility boxes, conduit areas, and other field assets
• Follow safe chemical handling, equipment operation, and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols at all times
• Inspect pressure washing equipment before and after use and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Work in various outdoor environments and weather conditions throughout the South Orange County service area
• Complete daily work orders and site documentation accurately and on time
• Coordinate with Field Operations leadership and crew to prioritize and schedule cleaning assignments
• Safely transport equipment to and from job sites
• Contribute to a culture of trust, integrity, and collaboration

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in pressure washing, landscaping, facilities maintenance, or a related field
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physical labor for extended periods
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate heavy equipment safely
• Familiarity with surface cleaning chemicals, detergents, and safe handling practices preferred
